How long does it take for me to get my money?
Your money is automatically settled to your bank account. For Nigeria and Ghana, payouts are made the next working day after ticket sales. For Kenya and South Africa, payouts are made two (2) working days after ticket sales. We advise event hosts to factor this into their planning to ensure they have access to their funds when they need it.
Are there any fees for payouts?
No, we do not charge any fees for payouts. The only fees you pay are the ones mentioned above per ticket sold.
Can I choose to receive payouts more frequently or on a specific schedule?
Currently, payouts are automatically processed based on the schedule mentioned above. We do not offer options for more frequent or scheduled payouts at this time.
